iOS devices(iOS 12 and above):
Method 1: When inserting the product into the iPhone/iPad, the screen will pop up to
download ”ikVisual” , and click “App Store” to enter the download interface. (This
method is only for the first insertion, if you are repeating the insertion, please use Method
2 or Method 3.)
Method 2: Open App Store, search for and download the app store.
Method 3: You may scan the QR code on page 2 of the manual using your iPhone’s
native camera to download the “ikVisual”app. iOS users should tap ”App Store(for
iPhone/iPad)” to be redirected to the App Store download page. then tap the “Download”
icon to proceed with the download.
Android devices:
Method 1: Open your mobile brower and use its QR code scanner to scan the QR code
on page 2 of the manual. This will redirect you to the download page. Android users
should click ”Android(Browser Download)” to download the “ikVisual” app.
Method 2: Copies website https://www.i-flashdevice.net/download4.asp to the phone’s
built-in browser to download.
“Unknown Source” is displayed during installation. Select “Allow” to install the app.
After installing the app, you need to allow the camera, file and other permissions of the
app, otherwise some functions of the app are abnormal. If the phone is not recognized or
does not respond, please first confirm whether the ”USB mode” and “OTG” functions are
turned on. (Do not know how to open please search the tutorial online to open it yourself)
After the app is installed, open the app and use it after inserting the product or pop up
the app popup window after inserting the product and click ok.
